Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese business owner living in the city of Orange, California. With my wonderful partner JP and my jolly father Henry. People often recognize me on Instagram which is where I share my journey - from the ups to the downs. When I was 1 1/2 years old my family, me and my parents immigrated to America. If it wasn't because of the sacrifices made by my parents I might not exist today to share my life with people like you. Given the chance to live the best life possible I was determined to try the best I could to please them, and determined to achieve my goals. My plan of life was for me to attend university, find work in a corporate then marry, and purchase a home. My idea of success was to go to university, graduate and get an employment in a corporation. Then I'd get married then buy a house, and then have children. Life had other ideas. In 2013, I found I disliked my corporate position. While the pay and the status was great but I did not feel that it was fulfilling. Instead I felt that I was just doing nothing but wasting time. As I navigated my way through a different career path, I discovered that I was meant to be an instructor. I enjoyed exercise, I loved being around people, and I love helping people. In 2014 I started my small business and this year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th birthday. It is rare to find Asian females working in the field. As coach, my mission is to encourage others and empower them to live a healthy and enjoyable life by establishing healthy and sustainable living styles that meet every person's individual needs and desires. Also, I strive to inspire individuals to follow their dreams and do all they wish to achieve in their lives. When my work was taking off, I suffered one of the biggest losses in my life to date- the passing of my mom. The eight years she fought battle with the disease. Then she's in Heaven, and I remain close to her in my heart. The universe has the capacity to give us exactly what we need even if we're not able to see the lesson at the time. My mom's death changed my life in many ways, and I am convinced that my mom gave me a second chance at life through her passing. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. She had her chance to embark on a new journey which gave me another chance to live an enjoyable and satisfying life. In my 30's I feel alive and aware I truly feel that I am living now instead of merely surviving as I did in the past. My experiences are shared with me so that I may share with you my experiences as well as my words. This will help you feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. It is possible to getting anything you'd like in your life. Therapy is vital as is regular. The health of a person is the most important asset. I hope that you experience life at the highest level and not have regrets about the final hours of your life. The death of a person is the only assurance in this life.
